Business Development Manager
Duties
1. Develop and facilitate the proposal process, including budget and pricing development, proposal writing, contract negotiations and involvement in client presentations
2. Collaborate with Operations and Finance staff to evaluate project performance and to recommend refinements and improvements of all components of proposals
3. Provide full range of marketing and communications services including planning and development, implementation of communication programs, media and public relations to enhance the business of the company
4. Establish and maintain on-going client relationships with the various parties, i.e. partners/clients to anticipate and resolve potential problems. Participate in site visits
5. Recommend and execute sales strategies to achieve Company targets
6. Explore new markets and business opportunities
7. Generate and follow up on sales leads independently
8. Track, analyze and report on the status of all components of the company’s operations
Requirements
1. Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Advertising or related disciplines with minimum 3 years of related experience, with exposure in education-related fields a plus
2. Proactive, energetic, creative, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills
3. Prefer experience in proposal generation, review and negotiation
4. Good command of spoken and written skills in English and Chinese
