| Please note the following class arrangement when the weather conditions are severe: |

a. Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above; or |

b. Black Rainstorm. |

All morning classes commencing between 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. will be cancelled. No refund or make-up classes will be arranged. |

In force at 12 noon |

a. Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above; or |

b. Black Rainstorm. |

All afternoon classes commencing at or after 1:00 p.m. will be cancelled. No refund or make-up classes will be arranged. |

In force suddenly while classes are in progress |

a. Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above; or |

b. Black Rainstorm. |

Classes in progress will continue until normal finish time, but parents may come to collect their child at any time as needed; classes not yet commenced will be cancelled. No refund or make-up classes will be arranged. |

All morning classes will be in session as usual. If parents elect not to allow their children to attend, there will not be a full refund of course fees but make-up classes can be arranged. |

Students will not be notified individually. Parents are requested to pay attention to the Hong Kong Observatory weather reports and exercise discretion in deciding whether or not to send their children to class when the weather is unstable. |
