| As a science teacher, I believe that learning Science is getting to know what life is all about. Through the learning of science, children develop inquisitive minds, problem-solving abilities and critical thinking. These are essential tools for life long learning. Correct learning attitude and skills should be instilled at early childhood. Effective learning occurs when children are interested and motivated. Motivation stems from success and a sense of accomplishment. Children should be allowed to explore, discover and experience success through active participation in a relaxing and friendly atmosphere. Learning occurs through action (Raymond J. Corsini Danny Wedding). Interactive facilitation arouses children's interests and sense of curiosity. | ||||
